Challenges and Solutions
The main challenge was to create a visual identity that connected with the audience by conveying both tradition and innovation. The solution was a logo design featuring the silhouette of Apollo, a figure from classical art, representing harmony, art, and beauty—fundamental values in art restoration work. This is complemented by the Lato typeface, a modern and clear font. In this way, we achieved a visual balance between the historical and the contemporary. The use of colors like ochre and burgundy conveys a sense of optimism, sophistication, and antiquity.
Development
The development of the logo involved several stages of sketching and color testing. A classic silhouette reminiscent of classical art was chosen, combined with a subdued color palette that evokes antiquity, trust, and approachability. Throughout the process, the client was involved in key decision-making to ensure the identity aligned with their values and professional vision.
Impact
Since its implementation, Jaro CRBC's new visual identity has enhanced the professional perception of the service. The design's alignment with conservation values has helped strengthen Jaro's personal brand, enabling them to stand out in a highly specialized field and secure new restoration projects.
